so, I really want to do some military homecoming photos..

I have a “friend” who’s husband just came home from deployment for the second time. Both times she’s talked about having me do the photos, and both times she’s decided to go with someone else. It’s a little frustrating, especially since Im not even asking her to pay me, lol. I just want to do it.

But anyway - once I have a car I will be looking for volunteers. I won’t charge. I just want the experience of photographing a homecoming.

any military men/women out there in tumblr world want a penpal??

Ive tried so many times doing a general internet search, but the majority of sites that come up are aimed more at military DATING. which I am not exactly looking for, lol.

anysoldier.com is pretty cool, but it’s made for sending care packages, not just letters.

militarypenpal.tripod.com is more what Im looking for, but I haven’t had much luck on there yet. :/

anyone have any other ideas?!
